These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.ondricknaturalearth.com (the “Site”) operated by Ondrick Natural Earth LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product.

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your inquiry. Communications you send through the Site do not create a contract or obligation on our part until we confirm an order or agreement in writing. - We are not the installer or contractor for your project unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, and we make no warranty regarding any third party’s installation or workmanship.
Any manufacturer warranties that apply to specific products are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to their terms.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONDRICK NATURAL EARTH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hampden, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
